Heavily pregnant Khloe Kardashian posed topless to promote her new Good Mama maternity jeans on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old reality TV star who is nearly nine months pregnant and expecting a baby girl with her basketballer boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 27, covered her ample bust with nothing but her hands in the photo.




In another shot, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is seen donning a white crop top, as she cradles her very large baby bump.

According to reports, the star is due in less than three weeks.
